Cooper Rowe, New Leaf founder, spent 10 years in the family business of Hospice before moving to Kansas City to pursue helping aging clients prepare for the next big step in their lives, whether that’s aging in place or moving to a new home. Shortly after, Cooper was joined by Chad Caro. Chad has spent over 10 years in property management and development as well as organizing multiple businesses relocation efforts. Together, they knew their diverse experiences would translate perfectly to the Senior Move Management and Relocation business.
